My Village Pediatric Dentistry

Anyone else feel like they lack communication? Especially from Johni the dental hygienist that scrapes plaque off for kids / numbs them? Big issue for me. She doesn’t talk to my kids so they’re getting pinched by a needle they had no clue about! You have to talk to kids !!!!! This place lacks communication all around though. Not every employee, just a select few.

Finding patience dealing with autistic children for any medical need has its challenges, but the level of care, the kindness and compassion we experienced made a positive difference for our family. Instead of a traumatized patient, I had to literally let my child sleep with his new toothbrush, after 3 additional brushes before bed. That speaks volumes for a child that doesn't like to be touched. Going to the dentist isn't fun for anyone, but if I had had this experience as a child, I wouldn't have my own dentist phobia as an adult. I Highly recommend this place for children with special needs or circumstances versus a family dental place.

Love My Village Pediatric Dentistry and my kids love them, too. Dr. Cauldwell is great with kids. My son used to have dental anxiety due to his previous dentist and Dr. Cauldwell changed that for him. He's now not afraid of the dentist and no longer has to use oral sedation to get work done. I definitely recommend My Village Pediatric dentistry 100%.

The only reason I give it four and not five stars is because I was a customer way back with the old owners.And I really liked the trains now.It's just more modern and clean.Looking though, that is nice aesthetic, I liked the children's view of it better

I recently brought my 2 year old and my 8 year old in for cleanings. The team was so sweet to both of them and my 2 year old was so comfortable with his dental assistant that he didn’t even care that I walked off to check on my other kid. Dr. John was amazing with both my boys! He addressed all my concerns and I will be returning!!
