I did Invisalign at Dr Butts for 4 years and it was truly one of the biggest mistakes I ever made. Dr Butt and his rotating door of staff are the most unprofessional group of people I have ever dealt with. I estimated my treatment was delayed by 5-7 months because of their unprofessionalism. He does not seem to care at all about his patients. He is in the office 1.5 days a week and nobody picks up the phone 95% of the time. Most of the time the voice mailbox is full. Not that it would matter because you never get a call back if you manage leave a message. They've disappeared for weeks at a time multiple times. Unethical and Unprofessional Experience I’ve had an extremely disappointing experience with Dr. Mohamed Hanif Butt . Despite completing several dental lab cases for their clinic, the doctor has failed to pay the lab bills that have been pending for months. Multiple reminders through calls, messages, and emails have gone completely unanswered — the doctor has been ghosting and avoiding all communication. As a dental lab owner, I value honesty and professionalism in business relationships. Unfortunately, this experience reflects neither. I strongly advise other labs and professionals to be cautious and ensure advance payment or clear written terms before working with this clinic. It’s unfortunate when a member of our professional community chooses to act this way.

My children have been coming here for years. I am also a patient. Dr Butt is very professional and kind, with a great sense of humor. He, along with his assistants, make every visit comfortable. If you are scared of the dentist, this is where you should come.

Very long waiting time, no one responds to calls or voicemails. All in all a messed up practice. Visit him at your own risk.
