My Pharmacy of Monroe

I called the pharmacy to see if they had any Paxlovid, as we had a prescription but could not find any pharmacy in town that had it. Not only did he check his inventory (which he did not have), but he found some at another pharmacy for us, telephoned that pharmacy to expect us, and kept us informed. We have never used this pharmacy previously. SO impressed and grateful.

Yes, My Pharmacy is convenient for most of us. I really do appreciate the Rx delivery service, but the guy doesn't have to knock at the door like the police. The staff could also work on their customer service skills. It would be a great idea to apply interpersonal communications to their in-service training. 🤷🏿‍♀️ IJS 🥰

The staff is not friendly at all. No one speaks or even look at you when you enter the place. The atmosphere is really dry and not welcoming. I’ve been going to this pharmacy since it was Mels Pharmacy. Once switched over I wanted to stay and support the new owners but i will not be staying here any longer. My son prescription had someone else name under his. Their information was very visible. I gave 1 star because it was ready quickly but I do not like being in Places with bad energy. And MY Pharmacy had nothing but bad energy every time I enter the doors.

pick up medications for a relative, very family oriented

Love the pharmacy but wish they were open a few hours on weekends.
