MY PHARMACY

I had ordered a specific medical supply, but what I saw at pick up was not as discussed and cost more. When I simply asked the pharmacist if I could see the item since I was not familiar with it and unsure if I was comfortable using it, she would not hand it to me and made a condescending remark. I made the purchase but will never return. This is solely based on the rudeness of the remark. When I commented that I didn't appreciate the remark, I received no response. This occurred several months ago, but I felt that it was important to leave this review regarding the level of customer service and common courtesy.

Why did I wait so long to switch to them? I constantly had problems with the big W! I was desperate a few months ago. I went in to My Pharmacy and the pharmacist helped me get my prescription changed to her and she immediately filled it! I also noticed the difference in prices. They are so much cheaper. Having my prescriptions filled so quickly puts a huge smile on my face!

I can't say enough good things about this pharmacy. At first, I was skeptical to switch from Walgreens and CVS, mainly because they don't have the extended hours of business. However, the fact that they are closed on Sunday (employees need time off!), they make up for that minor inconvenience in many other ways. They are always helpful and since they are individually/locally owned, I don't get a new staff person every time I pick up a prescription like I did at the corporate pharmacies. They are knowledgeable about the medications I receive and remember me as a customer. They have also gone above and beyond to get me medication delivered to me a couple of times that I ran out of, which shows they not only care about their customers but also take a lot of pride in their work. This pharmacy is great. I drive an hour round trip from Middletown every month for my monthly medication because they always have it in stock. They helped me get a refill processed in time before an end of month cutoff when I thought I was losing my insurance. Everyone is friendly and I really believe they want to help their customers. If it was more convenient, I’d get every medication filled here. Small local pharmacies are the way to go.
