My Orthodontist - Langhorne

Absolutely unacceptable and disgraceful service. My appointment was cancelled and rescheduled without any notice whatsoever. We arrived on time after canceling work and losing income, only to be told at the front desk that they refused to see us. When asked why we were never notified, no one could give a single explanation. This shows complete disrespect for patients’ time and money. I demanded a refund for the braces I already paid for, and was told I would have to wait an entire month to get MY money back. This is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about their business practices. The clinic itself was dirty, poorly maintained, and completely unprofessional. I Mr I could give a NEGATIVE 10 I would!! I had an appt today for both my children. This appt had been made weeks ago and we were scheduled & the appt was confirmed to see Dr. Cronin. Instead today we were rudely met by Dr. Saffar as he stated he is the owner of the practice when I asked where was Dr. Cronin he rudely said “Why is that a problem??”. He spoke to me in such a rude manner that my own children asked me why he was speaking to me in such a disrespectful way during the entire so called consultation which was me being asked to watch a 10 second video and to basically shut up and accept what I am told!! The most important reason for me leaving this review is the following…Dr. Saffar the owner looked at a few pictures never examed either of my children and said to me come back next

We have been coming here since March 2025 and have had nothing but positive experiences. All the staff here are great, the care we receive is superb, and my step-daughter is so very happy with her braces! 10 out of 10, we DO recommend!

Oxford Valley Mall location: The doctor and technician we saw were very nice and took time to explain the process to us. The front desk wasn’t very welcoming and seemed angry or irritated to speak to me when I walked in. I’ll continue to go here because the front desk staff doesn’t matter much to me, but don’t expect warm and fuzzies or even much professionalism when you walk through the door.

Amazing experience from start to finish! Friendly staff, knowledgeable orthodontist, and a clean, welcoming office. I felt cared for every step of the way. Highly recommend!
