My Family Dental Grosse Pointe

I went in today with my kids and the staff was amazing with them. It was my 2 year old’s first visit and they made such a positive impact on my whole family. We were all seen today and the kids loved the gift selection. Dr. Mike takes his time to listen to all concerns and make great suggestions. I couldn’t recommend this place enough.

Haven't been going her long but the way my children were beautifully treated, makes me rebook our appointments here. This team here are wonderful. I'd recommend them for anyone looking for a new dental home. The staff are vey warm and professional, the dentists do great work, and all the assistants and hygienist are gentle while getting the job done. Go see them, you won't be disappointed.

Want to feel like family at your dentist? I highly recommend Dr. Mike and all of his staff! Dr. Mike is a truly caring and professional dentist! He really does listen to what you want and expect. His staff makes you feel like you are their only patient. They are very thorough while being efficient and fun!

This office is being ran by a woman who has ZERO concept of what customer service is. She is RUDE, intolerant, arrogant, and is most likely the reason they have such a big staff turnover… Shes probably ran them out of that place over the last few years I have been going there with my family because of her intolerable attitude. Every single time I have the displeasure of having to speak to this woman (who’s name is Jen) it is as though I am being scolded by my parent for having life happen. We have had to cancel last minute or have forgotten about appointments in the past (because God forbid life happens) and as someone who has worked at well established doctors offices in Grosse Pointe (before starting my family) doing the exact same thing this woman is being paid to do, I would be let go

The staff was excellent, kind and efficient. The dentist was unprofessional and a bit rude. I chose to make an appointment based on tv ad for offices under the “umbrella “ of Southfield Dental . I wanted to start some work before my insurance becomes active in Jan 26. Their ad promises payment options. However, after a very strange visit with the dentist who, again was not professional and did not go over the enormous amount of X-rays they wanted and other strange behavior. I was discouraged from going back. He actually made it clear to me that he didn’t want me back. There are risks that people don’t realize with any “surgeries “ dental or otherwise to neuralgia’s, specifically trigeminal neuralgia. I happen to have Occipital and some trigeminal neuralgia and his reaction was extremely un
