My Eye Guy Optometrist - Eye Care Exam Center Redlands

I brought in eyeglasses to be adjusted. The frames were beautiful miCrO Shapes titanium ones from Japan, less than a year old. The staff said they could adjust them for no charge but broke the temple piece weld off instead. Look at all of the fingerprints on the lenses! No regard for property. Pretty terrible way to treat a customer coming off the street.

The selection of frames was below par and when I asked if they could re order my current name brand frames, they said they are unable to make special orders at this time because they just did a large order and they were waiting on delivery. I now have to find a new eye dr office that either carries the popular brand frames I want or are willing to order the frames for me. My previous optometrist in Rancho placed the special order for me twice without an issue over the years. I was hoping the same would be true with your facility since I recently relocated to redlands and didn’t want drive that far back to Rancho. Guess I’ll have to make the drive. Front desk attendant was very nice and professional.

Amazing staff and doctor! Excellent vibe with a great music choices making it a very welcoming atmosphere and experience. Being a first time patient and never having to get an eye exam done I was terrified. This place took that fear away! Highly recommend!

This is my favorite eye place! The employees are super helpful and are amazing at helping you find your best fit! Everyone is super nice!! I don’t remember his name, but the one gentleman was super helpful and walked with me through the store giving me options to try!!
