My Dentist

I honestly can’t say enough good things about Dr. Michael Soliman. Getting a crown isn’t exactly something you look forward to, but he made the entire experience feel calm and easy. From the moment I sat down, I could tell he genuinely cared about me. He took his time, explained everything clearly, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole process. I never felt rushed, and that meant a lot to me. I highly recommend Dr. Soliman to anyone looking for a skilled, professional, and caring dentist. Also his assistant Lorain was very thoughtful throughout the process. Over all great dentist and great team.

I waited to post anything because my daughter and I really liked the dentist and the service given. They are really nice and very efficient and very kind with patients. But as another reviewer posted a week ago, it is VERY true they are not forthcoming and verrrry slow about processing refunds if they owe you money back. I took my daughter early November of this year and she had to have a tooth pulled. I knew my insurance covered 50% of almost everything yet when I went to pay, they tell me x and y weren't covered. Despite my objections and telling them it doesn't sound right, I had to pay $416 and change for one tooth pulled and bone graft. A week or 2 later, my insurance sends me an explanation of benefits and they clearly show I was overcharged $229/230! I called the week before thanks

I enjoyed my visit with Katelyn, my dental Hygienist. She was wonderful. She explained everything well and was very gentle. I asked her to not use the cavitron and she said okay let's give it a try without it. I said thank you and it worked out well. I highly recommend Katelyn. I look forward to my next visit with her.

Staff is friendly, but they are not very forthcoming with information regarding procedures you are having done, so come informed about what it entails so you're not surprised midway through as I was. Also, I was annoyed to realize that the "quarterly cleaning" I was scheduled for, is not the cleaning that insurance covers, and had to pay $150 out of pocket for a "special" cleaning. This should have been mentioned when I made the appointment. I'll be looking for another dentist that is more transparent and informative.
