My Dentist

The staff was amazing! They worked seamlessly as a team, while all being bright, charismatic, and hilarious. They were thorough with answering questions and explaining my options while we looked at Invisalign and braces. Despite working late they maintained an amazing energy and were extremely personable. When they found out I would be ubering home they insisted I stay inside and waited with me without complaints. As someone who has had many bad experiences with dentists, this has totally changed my tune and I'm more than happy to be a reoccurring patient at this facility.

First time going wait a four hours They seen me. Then send me back to the front and gave me a card to go to different dentists. That didn't take my insurance. Then I had to argue a little bit. Then they finally seen me call me and took one tooth out, then they rescheduled my appointment for 6 months later.Then I showed up and then all they wanna Do was just to look inside and do a hygiene check to see what I needed done That's what they did on my first visit. They even told me what they were supposed to do on my second visit. Then I showed up and that's not what they were gonna do. I cancel my visit. me looks like they just wanted to run up my insurance I would be aware have it written down. On what your suppose have done on your next appointment

So far so good.. The staff was polite and helpful. They listened to what I like to have done. the oral evaluation with the dentist was straightforward and we came up with a game plan. Looking forward to making this MY DENTIST.. pun not intended.

They are very nice. They treat you with kindness. I had 8 teeth pulled so I could get my new teeth and I went home expecting to be in pain for a few days, but I never had pain. The dentist and all employees are truly the best I have been to in my whole life.

Very unprofessional. Worst dentist office I've ever been to. They never answer the phones, they never return calls, they send bills from over 8 months ago that don't even make sense. In order to even get things straight you have to go in personally to address these problems. I live a hour out of Lawton so this is just ridiculous. The girls at the front are very rude as well. I have been treated poorly when I go in to ask what's going on with my insurance and why they haven't called me back. The last time I was there I felt very uncomfortable and bullied by the people I tried addressing my problems to. I will be contacting the better business bureau because I am also disabled and can't believe the way I have been treated
