Mustang Urgent Care

I had to go in for a sinus bacterial infection that turned into a respiratory infection. I went to the MUSTANG Urgent Care near the intersection of Highway 52 and MUSTANG Road. I’ve always had really good results there, but unfortunately this morning was not the case with a different physician than I normally see there. I have only seen her one other time in past years, and I had the same experience then as I did this morning. The physician that I normally see is great, always gets results, is very pleasant, and very professional. I believe his last name is Clark. Clark initially treated me a couple of weeks ago for a bacterial infection and he told me to come back if the medicine he prescribed didn’t help and I did this morning. He wasn’t available and I got a Ms Scott . She was very rude

This is the worst urgent care I am ever been too in my life. The "doctor" told me they couldn't do anything for me for a simple and fairly common issue, and just sent me on my way. They didn't even physically examine my issue on my body at all. The nursing assistant students laugh at your issue in ear shot if they think it is funny. Also this building doesn't even have any private rooms. It is a cubby hole covered by a curtain that anyone can see through gaps or hear easily into. My insurance was charged nearly $300 for practically nothing. This place feels like a scam to me, go literally anywhere else.

Garrett Morgan is by far the best PA around. He's is ABSOLUTELY great with patients and our son asks to only see him. Truly cares about his patients and very knowledgeable and skilled and talented.

I went to Mustang Urgent Care today and had an excellent experience. The staff were very responsive and efficient. Garrett Morgan was very thorough and ordered the tests I had expected. He explained the test results and recommended follow-up care with a specialist. I highly recommend this urgent care.

I had ingrown toe nails removed at Mustang Urgent Care and was pleased with every aspect of service. The NPR Garrett was caring and did an excellent job of making sure the procedure was completed well. Thanks for the great service!!
