He is totally unresponsive despite several calls so that it verges on unprofessional.

Extremely unprofessional clinic. The front desk staff are disorganized and incompetent. On one occasion, they scheduled me with Dr. Farooqi, but when I arrived I was told it wasn’t even his clinic day and they could only do blood work. Despite the doctor never seeing me, the office repeatedly called asking for a copay. Today I returned for a scheduled blood test, but the front desk suddenly refused to do it and told me my annual exam was due next week. When I asked to speak with Dr. Farooqi, he was rude, sarcastic, and completely unprofessional. Instead of addressing the issue, he mocked me by saying, “Oh, you are upset because you are fasting,” and refused to do the blood work. This is unacceptable behavior from both the staff and the physician. Patients deserve respect and professionalis
