Musgrove Pharmacy

Placed a refill online and did not get it for nearly 2 weeks. I gave them sometime and on the day it was supposed to be delivered, I Called and was told issue with insurance and coupon and manager would have to enter some sort of override code. Since they started using Nimble, there is a service fee, which was $5 at the time of order but now increased to $7.50 after 2 weeks. The description is to help them provide better service, but clearly there was no communication of the issue whatsoever and the app kept saying refill was being processed. I would have thought they would go through the list of “stuck” prescriptions everyday to resolve them, but clearly not

Worst service ever, I have to call them each time for my refill and they are so slow. I’ve been calling them since 3 weeks for my refill and still waiting. These are the services from the pharmacy one of the most important services. Highly disappointed

I switched from a chain grocery store pharmacy to musgrove, and im so glad I did! Everyone is so helpful and the wait is never terribly long compared to previous places I’ve used. The interactions with staff are much more personal and they are so informative.

I can’t begin to explain how helpful the people working there are. They make me feel like I’m family . No complaints at all from this old guy . Looked threw some of the reviews seems like people can’t understand the problem between at work place errors or IT Errors it not the musgrove fault they honestly do there best all year round !

There was a manufacturer’s issue with one of my medications. The Manager of Musgrove’s worked very hard to get it resolved quickly and the medication replaced. I 100% recommend.
