MUSCLE MECHANICS THERAPY

Kerry literally saved my senior season in high school years ago. I hyperextended my knee and luckily didn’t tear anything, but I had so much swelling/pain that I couldn’t bend or barely walk. Literally had a 90 minute session with Kerry working on my legs/knees. About 60 minutes in he checked my flexibility. I bent down, and my butt almost smacked the floor. I was playing sports the next day. Fast forward to over a decade later, and I’m an orthodontist now. I go to Kerry every 2-3 weeks for maintenance on my back. There are few people I would label as “expert”, but Kerry is an absolute expert at what he does! The only reason I gave 5 stars was because there weren’t more for me to choose from 😂

Hands down, Muscle Mechanics provides the best experience I’ve ever had with physical therapy. From outstanding customer service to effective, well-explained exercises and thoughtful recommendations, everything exceeded my expectations. I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience. My husband also attended and achieved great results, just like I did. I rolled my ankle on a Tuesday and had a big tennis tournament to play in on Friday. I went in to Muscle Mechanics Wednesday and spent an hour and a half getting worked on (ouch!!) but by Friday I was playing tennis just like I had hoped! I was given stretches and foam roller work to do that I am still doing. I was also shown how to properly tape my injury. I highly recommend Muscle Mechanics! Thank you, thank you!!

I’m a cadet at fire school right now. Every day I put my body through the wringer and for a while I was really questioning if I could make it through. A friend of mine suggested I go see Kerry and it was the best decision I’ve made. I had issues with my hamstrings, wrist, and neck and Kerry has helped tremendously through all of it. I’m more confident than ever in my strength and mobility and I owe it all to THE Muscle Mechanic. If you’re feeling stiff or in pain, do yourself a favor and go see these people.

If I could give 100 stars I would!! I just had one session but it fixed so much. I have been to so many therapists and gotten so many massages but this is truly the kind of work I’ve been needing! I will be back!
