MUSC Health Orthopaedics at Chuck Dawley Medical Park

Very unsatisfying. For the second time I needed to drive almost an hour with an infant to hear the same old story “we have delay for 1 hour,wait or reschedule”. One hour when I was waiting already 30 minutes. Why you guys not taking your patients seriously? Why are you taking other non registered patients, and having full house for those who are waiting for the appointment for 6 weeks? Not recommended, bad management and bad customer care

I am a retired Registered Nurse, I worked Orthopedics for many years. I was very pleased with the Ortho department. The X rays were done right next to my Dr appointment. Very knowledgeable and professional. Kelsey PA was great.

I was giving their information to call as a VA Community Care referral and I hope no one else gets referred here. The VA sent my MRI to them on 2 occasions 2 different ways and I could never get a call back with a treatment plan. They have a central phone number and say it will take 48hours for a call back. Certainly they are too busy so I decided to go elsewhere.

Seamless process from checking in to x-rays, diagnosis and treatment plan. Great bedside manner by Katelyn Haarer, PA and Brooke Cox. And all that on Thanksgiving Eve; strongly recommended.
