MUSC Health Express Care - Santee

Took my son here because he accidentally shot himself through the finger with a nail gun. Lost a whole day. They ain't working hard or fast at all. Best thing is don't get hurt or don't get sick or go somewhere else. If I worked in my business at the pace these people work here it would take me 10 to 15 years to build one house

Absolutely the worst "urgent care" facility that I have ever seen. Kayla at the front desk needs to find a different job if she is a miserable as she seems but having an attitude towards people that are sick or injured isn't necessary. They claim to be able to perform X-rays but it is rare that they are actually able to do them. Tried 3 different times to have an X-ray done for my wife after she fell. After 3 attempts we still had to go somewhere else. Don't go do yourself a favor and drive the extra distance to Summerville. It will still be quicker and you will actually be able to get quality care.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10-Star Experience at MUSC Urgent Care Santee I can’t begin to express how much I appreciate the incredible care we received! While staying at our lake house, my daughter took a fall. I called MUSC Urgent Care in Santee around 3:30 PM on the Friday before July 4th, and to my surprise, the receptionist answered immediately and told me to come right in. She was ready for us when we arrived — check-in was seamless. Nurse Coco was fantastic, and the PA was one of the kindest, most patient providers I’ve encountered in a long time. He gently and confidently popped my daughter’s elbow back into place while taking the time to explain everything to our 4-year-old in a way she could understand. The care was exceptional, the rooms were spotless, and the entire experience was reassuring

The gym will overcharge your card and the manager/supervisors will not correct the charges. They literally lie about the monthly cost also. Make sure you use a card that can be disputed if you plan on going here. Has happened multiple times

While spending some time in Eutawville, and not having a clue about any fast medical treatment nearby. I came across this walk in MUSC office. It said same day seen. It is located in Santee. Before I drove to the location, I called. A Lady named Mrs. Tish answered the phone in a quick time frame, with exceptionally polite words, tone, and understanding. I told her my issue , she told me that it wouldn’t be a problem. I got there around 10:40, Tish and Nichole, both made me feel calm, comfortable and at ease. Mr. Lee the Dr. that saw me knew exactly what I had before I even went into detail about what I thought it was.. Thank God he was able to prescribe me the correct antibiotics, and some ibuprofen.
