We love this office! Dr. Carol Jones is the sweetest, we love her! She makes us feel so comfortable. She takes her time to answer our questions and explain things in depth! We are so appreciative of her!

Its a good pediatric office. Most of the time, the wait's not too bad. The pediatrician listens and answers messages on the musc messaging board when I have questions. The office looks kid friendly. My baby's Dr always washes her hands and is so kind and friendly. This is a good place.

I have been calling for an hour and still no one picks up the phone. There was a lady told me to hold but its been 10 mins. I just need to make a quick appointment and ask for an ointment refill for my baby sister. I just don’t understand why their calls are long. The doctors were professional and stuff but for real the front desk takes forever. Right now, it’s almost closing time and I can’t make an appointment. This is the closest clinic near my home. My sister really need new refill. Please have professional front desk to pick up phones. I’ve been to the clinic for years but their front desk never improve.

The front desk is the worst, I love the pediatrician but Everytime I call they have the worst attitude on the phone and take forever to answer it to begin with. They make it so difficult to set appointments nothings ever available and it’s so hard to get our pediatrician on the phone. Better staff for this office is a must!
