MUSC Children's Health After Hours Care - North Charleston

This place has a ton of negative reviews SO let me be the one good one and the reason you feel okay bringing your baby here. My toddler was having trouble breathing, it was a Thursday about 630/7PM. Thankfully the parking lot was pretty empty, maybe that’s where I got lucky. We walked in and were taken back almost immediately. The ladies at the registration desk were so nice and trying to make my little one smile though she obviously didn’t feel well. All the nurses and doctors were so kind and informative. They were quick but careful with their care and were even mindful to check on me during a very scary episode for my little girl. If we ever need it again, I’m glad this After Hours is close by. Peace of mind is free!

I've brought my son here several times. Staff is friendly and was very patient with my child. They are very efficient over there with getting us in and out quickly.

Very attentive, took my concerns seriously. We were seen quickly and they did everything they could to make it as easy on my injured child as possible.

Took my daughter the after hours clinic on Ladson after she had been pulling her ear. The doctor checked her ear and said she didn’t see anything and wrote it off as teething. A week goes by and she doesn’t get better so we took her to this after hours urgent care. We were told she has asthma and needed an inhaler? It didn’t make sense. We were told she had a dry cough when her cough was wet and phlegmy as ever. I expressed my frustration and the doctor was just like sorry but I’m not prescribing anything but this inhaler. Took her to a separate urgent care who confirmed a SEVERE ear infection. She was treated with antibiotics and got better. She later had an appointment with her pediatrician who said she didn’t have asthma and wasn’t sure why a doctor would even say that. Great nurses, b

I was highly impressed with ALL the staff! From check ✔in, to imaging, and Dr. Eskandari! Very accommodating and Professional!! I recommend this facility and staff for pediatric and adolescent care!!
