Munson Healthcare Manistee Hospital

I have had the best care from this hospital. Surgeries that I've had were Amazingly performed with highly attentive staff. I had at least 3 nurses. One in training, she stepped up to take over. They kept me happy with warm blankets and the anesthesiology guy was making jokes with me. I had a bunch wheeling me into surgery room. Then, I could smell how clean it was and shiny. I'm definitely happy here. Best care ever! Thanks so much!

My NP Natalie gave me kind compassionate care and explained everything. My nurse Daniella was great. Respiratory therapist Paige was so nice. Nutrition Shari was very nice. This visit everyone was kind and attentive.

Understaffed, burnt out employees (RN’s) seemed like a burden to be there seeking care. No one introduced themselves. No professionalism, unbelievable never seen a hospital so bad. Terrible bedside manner, no communication between physician.

4:30 hours for stitches don t offered anything of pain just made more excuses. Worst place i have ever been. It's a med center not a hospital. Go to ludington or traverse. you want me to call for what? im not looking to be on hold for 4 hours.

On an early Sunday morning, 10/20/24, I arrived to the ER with horrific abdominal pain. The staff was prompt, accommodating and friendly. Dr took his time with explanations. Nurses and technicians friendly and helpful. I was given quality care in a timely manner! Go, Munson team, GO!
