I’m looking for a new dentist. This place looked great, and I was excited to become a patient. When I called to schedule an appointment a few weeks ago, I was told I would be emailed new patient paperwork. That never happened, but I figured I would just show up early to fill everything out. However, when I showed up for my appointment yesterday, the office was closed due to the weather. Which I’m completely understanding of. However, that’s typically something you notify patients of. I received no call, no email, nothing. I even got a confirmation text about 2 hours before my appointment saying they were looking forward to my appointment that day. Munroe Falls Family Dentistry is solid all around. The office is clean, organized, and runs on time. The staff is professional and easy to work with, not pushy or dismissive. Dr. Evan is straightforward, explains things clearly, and doesn’t try to upsell unnecessary work. He takes his time, answers questions, and actually cares about getting it right. The work itself is high quality and painless as it gets for dentistry. If you want a dentist who’s competent, honest, and efficient, this is the choice.

This was my first time having Jenny as my hygienist. She was very nice and friendly and did a great job cleaning my teeth. Dr. Evan as usual was great examining my teeth and describing a situation with decay. A great visit overall.
