MultiCare Pharmacy - Yakima Memorial Hospital

The staff at MultiCare are hospitable, friendly and welcoming,they have patient with their patients . They explain everything before doing anything. They also ask if you have any concerns. They treat you like you are a human being not a number or non-existent. They do care about there patients and there care that they provide. Thank you multicare for a job well done I applaud you and your staff.

I didn't go down to the pharmacy, my wife did. But she said that everything went very well. From the time I arrived Monday and was in the ER after my ambulance ride. Amanda my first RN was amazing. That girl knows her stuff. From there I went to surgery and Dr. Dodge and his crew were amazing. Back to recovery room where I was able to see my wife until that room was needed for the next patient. I was transferred to a holding office for a couple hours while they found me a room. 8:00 pm I was moved to the 2nd floor where I got a room and a few more nurses. I have nothing but praises for the whole staff. Everything went extremely smoothly for the next two days until I was able to be discharged. Service was amazing from start to finish. Not to mention it was on Thanksgiving day and they were limited staff with an overflow of patient rx's to fill. It filled in a timely manner and I absolutely enjoyed the wonderful woman who rang me out! She was professional, very kind, empathetic to my situation. We also had great conversation while getting it all checked on. Thank you so very much!!!

I was on the 5th floor for 4 days and all of the staff was incredibly nice and very knowledgeable especially two nurses, Jerry and Brian. They made my stay very nice and I really appreciate their help in every way. I think they both deserve a raise in pay, they're going beyond what's expected of them. I've never met so many nice people during my stay at the hospital. Thank you so very much! 👍😁❤️

Everyone was absolutely phenomenal here. They were so awesome from the emergency we had a great nurse Marissa that did my daughter's first IV and now she is no longer scared of the emergency room. She did the IV and my kiddo said wow that was it? Lol didn't even feel it. Also the doctor in the ER put my daughter at ease with how he talked and could be silly with her (I feel so bad I can't remember all the names everyone deserves the praise). When we went to pediatrics we had another awesome care team of nurses, doctors and respiratory therapists. Nurse Natalie was super sweet and got my daughter comfortable with her first stay at a hospital even giving her all different crafts to keep her busy and she loved it. Nurse Tari was so sweet too and even brought my daughter some gifts to comfort
