MultiCare Pharmacy - Creekside Loop

MultiCare Cornerstone Pharmacy is the best. Kathleen stated they had been referred by my GP and was calling me to offer a copay program. She was very informative and professional as She explained everything to me, eliminating all of my concerns for some very expensive copays. They text me when my scripts are ready and they have a drive through for quick pickups and their hours are great too!

Excellent in every way- I feel well cared for at the pharmacy. I have funded meds so they navigate the charity contribution as well as Medicare. They are always on top of my refills and answer all my questions. Response time to phone calls is wonderful. Everyone there has been fabulous! Thank you!

I was coming from Rite Aid in Union Gap and I have received such great service at Creekside Loop much more personal and I really appreciate the staff. They have all been wonderful. At Rite Aid I was just a number, I should’ve changed sooner.

Online ordering worked great. Meds were ready promptly and the young man at the drive-through window was friendly and efficient. What more could you ask for? Great work all!

The one & only complaint I have is that if I call in to have a prescription refilled after it's due date, I'm told that it has been closed/canceled, I telll them there is still three refills on the bottle. Then they tell me my Dr canceled it, I ask the Dr's name, it's a name I have never heard of & they tell me they can't do anything about it. I then call my Dr's office & they have no clue of what the pharmacy is talking about, that they definitely didn't cancel it. So my Dr has to send in another prescription. It has happened three times already.
