I love doctor Wong and all of his staff they are all great

I have been a patient here for just a year now. In all of my visits, the girls in front and who room you,are the most professional I have encountered in any medical office. Dr Wong is in one word - amazing . He truly listens to your "complaints" and orders proper testing. He is a great diagnostician; and has been nothing but professional and compassionate at every visit. I cannot speak highly enough of this office and staff.

I was told by Dr wong close to 3 weeks ago he would order a cat scan.I cancelled my other doctor who was going to order the cat scan Nothing was ever done .I called twice and I was told I would get a call back from the doctor.....no one ever called .this cat scan was a follow up from a hospital stay and to make sure I was OK .they blew me off twice no return calls no effort to order the cat scan.. My other doctor with in 3 days had a order confirm for a cat scan. I am giving a 1 star because I cannot give any less or I will I advise stay away from them.I deal with people all over CT .I will make sure family friends and customers know how bad this place is. It's to bad but they don't care I can clearly see that .they should close there door's for good Larry

Horrible experience. Dr. looked at what I wrote down on the paper and in less than 60 seconds of being in the room with me said “I’ve seen these symptoms before. There is no cure for what you have and no explanation. It’s not going to go away, and there is no treatment for it. “ He was pretty presumptuous and dismissive. Be basically said, don’t bother me with this. I don’t know what you want me to do, I’m not going to be the one who makes it all better. He didn’t even listen or allow me to explain my symptoms or fully tell me story, and I certainly couldn’t after that because it was no longer a safe space open space for me to do so. In my experience as a patient of Milford Multicare, I have always been treated with the utmost respect from all staff, MD, PA and MA included. They operate in a time efficient and patient centered manner, beginning with the staff at the front desk. Multicare is a credible and worthwhile medical center to seek non emergent healthcare, HIGHLY RECOMMEND
