MultiCare Indigo Urgent Care - Auburn

My son has had a sore throat, trouble swollowing and has lost 6lbs in the past 4 days bc he couldn’t eat. Instead of taking him to school I took straight to urgent care thinking it must be strep. The wait time was 10min. The check in was easy, I even made myself a coffee while they took my insurance paperwork. The staff was friendly, helpful and I was most impressed by the provider Jackie S. She was wonderful, explaining things and very empathetic. I liked how knowledgeable she was and her bedside manner was top notch! She really knew her stuff, cited new studies while giving home care options for relief as she seemed very familiar with this new mysterious nasty cold thing. We were in and out with in 35min. And best of all they walked us out and thanked us. I highly recommend Indigo Multic

There were two people that took care of me today. A woman named Blessing Set up an appointment for me and then got me into the exam room when I got there. Did a great job and has a great personality. Mercedes did my consultation and treatment. She was great & has a soothing bedside manner. Very happy with the results. It was awesome to be able to book an appointment and to sit in the lobby for only 2 minutes. Much better alternative and Attention than 90% of places

Very pleased with my visit! They were fast and polite. Emily D. listened to my issues and took great care of me. Jessica and all the staff were wonderful. I'd recommend this urgent care to everyone. Thanks for everything.

I've been sick for a week. I was going to call my primary physician but it always takes a few days/weeks to get in. I thought I'd try to Google urgent care & found Multicare Indigo. I went into their website & easily booked myself an appointment for this AM. The office was clean with tissues & hand sanitizer available. The staff was very friendly & professional. I would go back again.

Woke up this morning with cold, coughing, sore throat and many more. Was able to make an appointment for the afternoon but I’m glad we came in earlier to see if we can be put in the waiting list. Medical assistant, he was able to help my husband and I come in earlier. They all help each other to help their patients which we really appreciate it very much. I really don’t get that kind of service a lot. They are a team player and very helpful. Thank you for your best service and many more.
