MultiCare Gastroenterology - Creekside Loop

This place is a joke! I've done nothing but fight with the over the past 10 plus years! I have to fight to get anything done.. then fight to get any result. If I get any!! And between me and the pharmacy we have requested for my prescription refill over 5 times. I even went in person. They sent a urgent message to the nurse. Three days later still waiting. This was requested on December 19/2025. Today is January 6th,2026... I'm still out of my prescription. If it can't be refilled. They could at least. Be kind enough to call let me know. Not keep me hanging like they always do!! This is the only place to go to and I guess they know it. But no reason for the terrible nonresponse..

Okay yes they are very nice at the front desk. However, I don’t get phone calls back. If you happy to be working and you miss there call, forget about talking to someone about your results. The front desk is left in the dark. Haven’t been able to find out about the tests I just had.

As a retired CMA, i’m very aware of what goes on in a clinic from the front desk to the back with the doctors. I know your clinic is very very busy since there isn’t many G.I. docs here in Yakima. I didn’t feel rushed or that my issue is not important. I didn’t have to wait long. for Dr. Kirtane. (He is the BEST!) 😊 Also , I don’t think really tight uniforms look professional but that’s just my Old Lady opinion.

They were very good and helpful to me. I had a great Doctor who was on loan from Portland Oregon for the next six months to a year because the Yakima Valley Gastro currently only has one doctor when they should have three. Thanks immensely for your help and thouroghness I am glad you were there too.

TERRIBLE CLIENT PHONE ANSWERING; Kept sending me letters by mail that they "attempted to call me" with their number no where in my call log. As I called them, they kept me on the line for 30minutes, no one answers and eventually was HANGED UP ON! Why send me emails when they dont answer the phone?? Also, I NEVER scheduled an appointment here.
