I was loyal to my family dentist for decades so I just believed him when he told me my ONLY option for an old loose crown was to get an implant. I did NOT want oral surgery so I kept opting out & every once in a while would ask if we could just pull the tooth & add a spacer or bridge. It’s near the back so aesthetically not an issue. This went on for several years. Another issue I was facing were micro-cracks in my front teeth from grinding. Again my old dentist said my option was something extensive that I did not want- veneers. I asked if a little file n fill was an option & he said it would break my teeth. At my husbands last visit he was told that he needed his fillings replaced with white gold because they were too old… white gold?!?! This is when I decided it was time for a change. D

Dr mullens office staff found a time and day sooner because of a cancelation. Very efficient and cleaning was gentle. Will return and recommend.

I was up in Trinity County visiting family from the Bay Area when a cap on my front tooth failed. I found out firsthand how difficult it is to find a dentist during a dental emergency when traveling. After spending a great deal of time and effort, I was able to secure an appointment with Dr. Mullen, which necessitated a 75 mile drive to reach his office in Redding. I have nothing but appreciation and admiration for his staff, Dr. Mullen, his work, and his facility—all if which is top notch. EVERYONE I interacted with was exceedingly pleasant, competent, and professional. If I lived in the Redding area, I would happily choose Dr. Mullen as my dentist!
