I love this place they were very caring when we had to put our elder cat to sleep and they were great treating our dog and my daughter’s cat when they were sick. All of the staff is very kind every time we go there.

Well it is with a heavy heart I write this review today Nov 5, 2024. This has been my vet for many years for my dogs aka my fur children! Let me start here so I have an English mastiff that is also my medic dog, he is an amazing dog and means the world to me but the time has come to have to put him to sleep. So I called yesterday to make an appointment for an activity I have been putting off for months but we are at the point that he has fallen on me and can barely use his legs anymore. Mule shoe was the clinic that sent me to Lubbock to take Capone (my mastiff) due to the treatment that we had been doing for him for the last year was not what was wrong. They treated his hip shots anti inflammatories and doggie advil for his hips , when I had , had enough of him hurting I had requested an

Brought my cat here 2 weeks and was glad about how affordable it was. However, they prescribed Prednisone for him which is ineffective in cats. The vet that prescribed it is no longer with them and they insist that prednisolone was prescribed even though the bottle says Prednisone. Very unlikely to come here again due to their lack of accomodation as they suggested prescribing another medication without recognizing the issue at hand.

Our poor Charlie dog met with a porcupine and lost BIG time! They gave up 2 hours of their Saturday to help us. Their kindness was such a blessing! I highly recommend them!

Everyone there was friendly....the Doc was great at explaining everything. Even our dog Buddy was comfortable there 😉
