It’s ok. Seems very hectic at times due to too many patients being scheduled. Consider going to Smiles 4 Keeps if on UPMC for You. All I have to say.

I have been in there 4 times now expecting at least one of those times for them to clean my teeth. They didn’t at ANY of the appointments. At the last one they were supposed to. The dentist tells me I need a deep clean and they aren’t gonna clean my teeth now cuz it would be “pointless” and I need the deep clean. It wouldn’t be pointless! They could have scraped the things that I know will come off now for now and they could have just cleaned my teeth in the mean time. ALSO 🌟 I had a deep clean done about 3 yrs ago. When I went then I paid $525 for all my teeth. Now the dentist says I don’t need all my teeth done. Just like 75% let’s say and they’re charging me almost $900!!!!!! How am I paying a little less than double for less teeth?!?!

Had a terrible experience, the hygienist did not scrape or floss my teeth nor did the dentist bother to check my teeth and present a treatment plan. I have knowledge of how a patient is supposed to be treated according to the state and ethically and this office didn’t bother. The rest of the staff was surprisingly efficient and friendly. Seems like they are racially bias. Will file a complaint with the state of Pennsylvania and I advise others to do the same if they want things to change around here.

I called to make a first time appointment with them having issues with pain in some teeth and told them this exact thing was the reason I was making appointment. They called day before appointment to say you have a cleaning scheduled tomorrow and i told them on phone it shouldn’t be a cleaning I made an appointment because of having issues. The lady says oh it’s a comprehensive appointment. I go in the day of appointment the dentist asks me what’s going on I tell him the issues he then proceeds to give me a cleaning 5 minutes later takes his gloves of and say “ok, any questions?” I’m completely shocked by this tell him I didn’t come in here for a cleaning I came because I have problems and he proceeds to tell me “well you should have told them that at the front desk.” I told them that when

Used to be the best years ago until this new owner came in. I was on hold for hrs then hung up and called back never got thru until 4 days later for them to tell me I can only be seen for what i scheduled for. Until I am seen for that I cannot be seen for nothing else after I been a pt since I was 12 now I am 37 have to find a new dentist
