My experience was mostly positive. My partial plate fits really well and looks good. Price was reasonable. I had a couple of issues with fit and amount of time it took to receive my plate but they overall did a pretty good job. I would consider using this business again.

I was so so disappointed 😔 they started working on my dentures in December and they had to remake because of the fitting and then they remade them again and they were worse than the others. They told me to try to ware them for two weeks and she seen that but still didn’t work with me. I had to have my insurance company call them to get my refund. They said I had to pay a technician fee . I replied no WAY!!! I did get my refund because of my insurance company. BUT BEWARE!!!!

While I do love my partial,and the staff who helped me. Trying to get a call back,is absolutely horrible they never call back,never answer phone. Then they never called me to tell me that my partial wasn't there on my appointment day!! Drove an hour for absolutely nothing. Now I've waited and called left messages no answer. All I need is their tax ID number so I can get reimbursed from my insurance!!! Terrible just Terrible!!!

I got both upper and lower dentures here. Got my lowers first bout 18 years ago. My uppers about 11/2 ago. I haven't been satisfied with my upper plate ever. Now I have a tooth that has fallen out out the denture set. I went back once for an adjustment they was gonna charge me more than I paid for the set. I'm very unhappy with this place. First of all I'm suppose to have 3 free adjustments. I find out a friend of mine went to this place and she had lost hers n they offered to replace hers free of any costs. I have mine still but wanna charge me more than I paid. This place has tried to rip me off but I have better sense than they think I do. I might be dumb but not plum dumd
