MT Medical LLC ( Comfort Footwear Etc)

If you or someone you love has serious foot problems, this is the store for you. My mother has a painful hammer toe, along with other foot problems. I'm from out of town and called the stores with names that made me think they could help. They referred me to MT Medical. (And good on them for doing it!) Lana and another gentleman at MT Medical could not have been more helpful or kinder. They patiently and expertly helped my mom get into a pair of shoes and some socks that let her walk pain-free. I expected to pay a premium for that kind of service, but we walked out of there for less than it would have cost me to order just the shoes that my internet research suggested might be good. Expert consultation, and a great selection--the walls of their store are covered with all manner of shoes.

This place is incredible. They have been in this business for quite a while. Their professionalism and customer service are exceptional. I feel very comfortable and satisfied. They have a pretty wide variety of orthopedics and diabetes footwear.

I Accompanied my mother to the MT Medical LLC. As soon as we entered the store we see 4 lady’s in total. I wasn’t sure who’s the employee and the customer. Since we weren’t greeted or asked any questions. We waited for a little while and two of the ladies left the store. Now there are two ladies taking among themselves in a foreign language. We waited for a little while longer hoping to get some help. At this point I still don’t know who is the employee and the customer. Finally I speak up and say to the ladies “ who is the employee.” The lady turns over and says that she’s the employee and that she can’t help us because we don’t have an appointment. Excellent shoes, good service. Very knowledgeable staff. I particularly liked the Hush Puppies brand and the molded inserts. They fit extremely well and the store ordered extra wide pair to fit me. You cannot find this kind of service in any other store.

Well worth the hour drive. .Llya Tsvok knows how to make your feet sing. After I explained my foot problems he chose the best shoe for me on the first try. They might not be beautiful but they sure are comfortable.
