I had a great experience for my first visit at Mount Lookout dentistry. Everyone was nice and put me at ease. My hygienist was very knowledgeable and friendly. I appreciate that she explained things as she went along and showed me some details on my gums and teeth with a mirror or her camera. The appointment did not feel rushed. I feel confident that I received good care.

I can't say enough great things about Dr. Ben Gosnell at Mt. Lookout Dentistry! From start to finish, my experience was exceptional. Dr. Gosnell recently placed a crown for me and also went above and beyond to ensure I received urgent care for an emergent tooth that needed extraction. He personally helped coordinate the referral to another provider — a level of care and follow-through that is rare these days. Dr. Gosnell clearly has an elite skill set — his work is precise and professional — but what really stood out was his outgoing personality and excellent communication. Had my teeth x-rayed and cleaned today by Michelle! Fantastic job, tender touch, very thorough and professional. Dr. G, as always, delivered “service with a smile”.
