Mt. Bethel Pharmacy

I loved this pharmacy for the first few years I lived in this town. When they moved over to where the deli used to be, they switched staff and it’s been worse then downhill. It’s like they stepped off a cliff and are still falling. They do not call you when your prescription is ready, when there is an issue filling it, or honestly, for any other reason. I’ve gotten multiple defective inhalers from here. The first time, they replaced it, no problem. The next time it happened they basically said “sounds like a you problem”. The inhaler isn’t free and it’s a potentially life saving device. I paid them for an item that was defective and they refused to give any guidance on how to handle it if they weren’t going to help. My doctor calling in some scripts for me and I no longer have insurance,

I have to agree with a lot of comments here. I used to get a text and a call my prescriptions were ready , now I get neither. Most of the time the people that work there seem like they don’t like their job or something because their customer interaction is deplorable. Ever since Angie left that place has gone downhill severely. I’m switching back to CVS.

I used to love this pharmacy. I would always recommend it to friends and family. It has gone so far down hill. They dont call when your rx is ready like they used to. They dont automatically refill the rxs that I have been refilling for the last 4 years. The worst part is they didn't have the courtesy to warn usd of the changes.

Sign on door says open 8-6 It's 12:17 pm and the door is locked. Pn the phone they are blaming power outage. Power has been back on for quite some time now !!!!!! Update Now 12:41 Door still locked Called for update and got a "sucks for you " attitude!!!!

Check your script before you leave to make sure it is correct, count them ASAP. Don't forget to call in for refills since they no longer notify when they're filled, then they put them back in stock if not picked up. Make sure to check your insurance billing.
