MSV Speech and Language!

MSV speech and language has been a great fit for out family. Monika has helped 3 of our children with different speech struggles ranging from pre k age through high school. Monika works with each child to meet their individual needs, catering to their mood for the day and adjusting as needed. We have experienced a caring, professional and experienced session each and every visit. When the speech session is over Monika has always briefed us on the visit and has given us tips on how to keep the re- enforcement going at home. My children love attending speech lessons here and I can not recommend this place enough!

Monika is always professional and has a wonderful relationship with my teenage child who has been her client for more than two years. My child looks forward to working with her and she is extremely flexible and understanding when there is need of a change in schedule or break in routine. Monika is reliable, knowledgable, and will never speak out of her scope of practice. Above and beyond is an understatement for the time, attention and work ethic she applies to all areas of her practice.

I would not recommend Monika Vakulchik's service based on our experience. I can tolerate the curt sometimes unprofessional behavior from her but I cannot tolerate her lack of care given to our son. I would not recommend Monika if your child has challenges paying attention and needs to be redirected. She tends to bypass building relationships with the child and defaults to "process," and then she wonders why it doesn't work. Monika works with your child behind closed doors and did not provide home instructions for us to do at home since our son's speech was so "low." I take ownership of this, as well, as a quick google search would have raised the red flags alerting me not to enroll our child at this location.

Monika has always gone above and beyond for my children. She has always been very professional and helped me figure out what is best for my children. My daughter loves going to speech with Monika she asks me everyday if it's time to go to speech.

Monika provides extremely professional, compassionate, and knowledges services to the children and families she serves. She goes above and beyond in order to meet each individual child/family's needs. I would recommend her to all families seeking speech therapy for their child/ren.
