I have working with Amy Croteau for my diabetic footwear and compression socks since fall of 2024. Amy is the nicest, most professional and knowledgeable person I could hope to interact with. She has a beautiful heart and is always the sweetest, kindest individual I have ever dealt with when dealing with my diabetic foot needs. I cannot recommend her enough! She’s is not only someone I interact with for my footwear needs but I consider her a friend!

Nicole was so amazing helped me out completely. She’s so nice! Update: I just wanna come on here and update my experience. I thought that because my provider was not cooperating, it would be a done deal with the pharmacy and I would need to call. I just received a call that Nicole took care of everything for me. I’ve never gotten customer service like that and I hope her boss and the owners know how much of an amazing employee that they have!

I switched to MSP after using a big name retail pharmacy for over 20 years. I wish I'd switched sooner! The staff has been extremely knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. After years of being stressed out with my medications being ready on time, it's been a completely seamless process, and I'm so grateful to have a neighborhood pharmacy to rely on. Highly recommend!
