Mr. Melvin Seard

I wasn’t seen by the doctor. An assistant or intern. They were very busy somewhat over booked.

I can’t say enough positive things about Dr. Seard. He knows his stuff and treats patients with respect. From the minute he walked in the room I was impressed with his personality and demeanor. I have seen many Urologists in my lifetime and by far Dr. Seard stands out as the best.

UCI never disappoints. Very kind nurse Cindy Tran that saw me. Definitely recommend her.

My issue isn't so much with DR Seard as it is his staff. I need to get a biopsy for a tumor. His staff told me that I would have an a date by the end of day or latest by the next. Never received a call. I called 2 days later and was never able to speak to his staff directly. After a 25 minute wait I spoke to someone that relayed a message that it had only been a couple of days and that I would have a date by the end of the week so the story changed. I contacted them at the end of the week. Again, not able to speak to the staff but was told that someone would call me back. Never got a call back. I wanted to get referred to the city of hope but they were not approved by my medical group. I would not recommend UCI for treatment. I hope I can get a biopsy within a few months and the cancer has
