Moye's Pharmacy - Downtown McDonough

Moyes used to be a good alternative to the big box and impersonal pharmacies. I'm not sure where they hire employees from, but the customer service in the Pharamacy Department is lacking. I've spent almost 2 weeks going in circles about scripts. The techs don't seem to know their own policy about transferring scripts to other Moyes. This location used to be one of the best pharmacies in town, but I guess I'll go back to CVS.

This was once our go to pharmacy for our entire family, but they have gone way downhill. You can never make contact with anyone over the phone to check on your prescription anymore. You have to drive there for them to tell you they can’t fill it.

Very nice staff! They fill prescriptions pretty quick, and they usually have everything in stock. I've never had any issues with them. I do, however, wish they were open longer on Saturdays, at least until 4 pm, during months other than Winter months.

The staff have always been polite and professional at the Stockbridge location. I was able to receive my compound medication in a timely manner. They have relocated to McDonough, and no longer provide many compound prescriptions and unfortunately, we have to secure another Pharmacy. Very disappointing but I am sure the staff will continues to be very friendly and professional.

Absolutely wonderful! The pharmacist Wes is my favorite pharmacist I’ve ever had. He genuinely cares about his patients. And he has the BEST technicians!
