Please see my wife, Connie's review of Hope Urgent Care Birch Run. I should not have to go with my wife to this an urgent care for her to feel safe and treated with respect. My wife reported this to the billing office, because she didn't want talk to someone at the Birch Run location. She was promised a manager would call back, and no one called back 1/22/2026 Please note owner didn't apologize or promised to talk to the provider, so it appears asking a patient if she has any wild sexual partners in her life is a misunderstanding. He is also relying on the distant past to condone this action. I am interested in hearing about other patients experiencing similar sexual misconduct. It may be time to report this owner and provider to Michigan Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs (LA

The ladies at Hope are very good. However, I can't say the same for the male PA. I had a UTI, and he came into the exam room with a smirk on his face and asked me if I had any "wild men" in my life. He was insinuating that I slept around. I have been faithfully married for almost 40 years. I know my husband is faithful to me. I found the PA's demeanor totally inappropriate and unprofessional. I won't be going back there again!

Chris the physician was amazing.!!! Ten stars. I Had the best experience ever At this urgent care!!! He was so knowledgeable answered all my questions very, very kind!!! Even better than my primary doctor.!!! I will always go here.

If I could put 0 starts I would I waited for 4 hours and they said they didnt know what was wrong with me, the Dr the came in was completely uninterested and didnt seem like she cared. They said they put in a prescription for help with some discomfort, which i was really looking forward to. Because I've been in alot of pain and very nauseous.I go to pick up the prescription and it was never put in. And I paid $60 for what?
