I have had an incredible! experience with Rick and Katie at Movement For Life. After a horrible road bike accident that resulted in a Terrible triad surgery. Rick’s years of experience with Hands, Elbows, and Shoulders has brought me back to healthy, normal living! I would not be where I am today without the amazing, and personable care of Rick and Movement For Life. Thank you guys.

I have used Movement for Life since June 2022 for a torn rotator cuff in two places. After one month of therapy the Chief of Surgery for Orthopedics said I had been given "perfect" therapy and no operation would be needed. Each plan is individualized with one of the most experienced therapists is Southwest Mo. This company is 100 % patient driven, from a patient friendly surroundings to flexible scheduling. I recommended this group to a family member who had "Terrible Triad surgery" and his recovery process has been amazing.

After a terrible shoulder injury, I thought my arm function would never be the same, and it was quite depressing. That all changed after I visit with Rick at movement for life. He has helped me achieve significant mobility and strength, and I love the care that I have received.

Movement for Life is excellent. I'm an avid CrossFit athlete and did not want to give up competing. I was experiencing shoulder pain/numbness and wanted to avoid surgery if at all possible. The team at Movement for Life was able to diagnosis and treat my issues without shots or surgery and I didn't have to give up my cult. They have also been able to help several other people I know avoid surgery. I cannot recommend them enough!

Rick is professional and knowledgeable. He has been able to help me both in finding the best way for me to do certain exercises and ALSO alleviate acute joint pain.
