Absolutely fantastic. Julie is a miracle worker. She is incredibly knowledgeable and experienced. Any issue of mine (or a member of my family) has been addressed and solved quickly (if a solution is possible), The personal attention and focus can’t be matched at the larger factory-like PT’s that I’ve been to. We originally found her a large PT place and tracked her down at her own studio as our experience with her had been nothing short of miraculous. She does dry needling and also knows diet and nutrition. Thank you, Julie!

I started seeing Julie after a run of disappointing PT experiences, and the difference was night and day. She got me back on the soccer field super quick and focused every visit on what would actually move the needle. I wasn’t asked to come in more than necessary—which I really appreciated for both time and budget. It's self-pay which I love. It was new to me but I like it better because she gets me healthy again in way fewer visits which makes it cheaper overall. Plus, you don’t need a referral and can go straight to her—super helpful when I tweak a hamstring or something. Now I feel like all my past PTs were just going through the motions; Julie's on another level.

I had an amazing session with Julie! She was able to fix my elbow pain by releasing tension in my shoulder and neck. She gave me a series of exercises to help improve my scapula mobility and strength. So grateful!

I was training for a Hyrox competition and was both healing from an injury while also training at a high level for the competition without re-injuring joints from overuse. I've worked with many physical therapists over the years, and Julie's cues were specific and detailed to my movement patterns, allowing me to perform exercises consistently and without pain. She was able to study my form and make corrections and tweaks (from different toe positions, to observations about the way my shoulder would move in an exercise, etc) that allowed me to move better and target the desired muscles. Julie is the reason I can function well and I trust her completely with my physical therapy care. I found her four years ago when I moved to DC and had a back injury, and she has helped me more than any other physical therapist or doctor has. I had spinal fusion surgery for Scoliosis as a teen and have been experiencing chronic back pain ever since. Julie looks at chronic pain holistically, and she networks frequently and wants to learn from other experts to better serve her clients. She is incredible at her job and I would not be able bodied the way I am today without her expertise! She is also a lovely person and great to work with and learn from.
