MOVE Physical Therapy and Wellness - now Motus Physical Therapy and Performance

I went to MOVE Physical in search of finding relief for my back (3 herniated discs). Jessica is very knowledgeable and I feel she has helped me. Although I was trying to do stretching on my own, it wasn't until I went to see Jessica (MOVE Physical) that I learned my efforts on my own were either wrong and/or I wasn't doing it enough. Jessica taught me the correct movements and I was surprised to learn that a lot of my issues were the result of little to no flexibility in my shoulder blade area and upper back, I was too tight. I did (6) visits and doing the exercises at home in between visits, I began noticing a big difference. I gain more flexibility and less pain to my lower back. I still have aches in lower back (especially when I do not do the expertises and stretches) but I do fee

Came in with chronic back and shoulder pain. Jessica recommended a treatment plan and I stuck with it, and after 2-3 months I was pain free after having issues all my life. Can't recommend enough!
