MountainView Hospital

Today, my sister had a knee surgery at Mountain View hospital, and I can’t say enough about the exceptional care we received from start to finish. From the moment she checked in, every staff member treated us with kindness, professionalism, and genuine compassion. Her surgeon, Dr. James Manning explained everything clearly, answered all our questions together with his awesome assistant Alex made us feel confident and at ease before the procedure. The nursing team was incredible—attentive, patient, and always ready with a reassuring smile. Huge thanks to Cat on the second floor, at the entrance of surgery waiting room, but also Steve, Jana, Elinor and some others were amazing. I had my hysterectomy operation 2wks ago and I was so amazed by how they took care of me and my needs during my stay and after. Thank you and keep on taking care of people who needs your utmost care. Hats off to all the staffs, I saw all your hard works and efforts. Special mention to my Doctor, Christina Kushnir, the nurses in 4th flr especially the Filipino nurses. God bless you all

I spent 4 days and nights in the hospital. I have to say that all the nursing staff there were amazing day and night. Olga in ICU was great and told me not to come back. Then Jay and Brenda where I was just before I was released (it was below ICU) were all amazing. 2 complaints, this is before I get the bill, was the food. have someone bring you sometime if you can. but on a serious not is my discharging doctor never saw me before he discharged me. that doesn't sound right.

It was a very good experience, at least as good as having surgery can be. Everything went smoothly. The nurses and Drs were great. The process was efficient. The pre-op nurse was so kind and kept everything light and positive. She help reduce my anxiety. The recovery room nurse was great. She really listened and responded to me and my needs. It was a successful surgery....so far.

My days here, despite my illness, were very comfortable. The service was excellent from all the doctors, nurses ( Alejandra in particular was very kind, attentive and very helpful), and administrators... it's truly a super hospital, and the food is excellent. I'm very grateful for all the care I received. Thank you!
