This place is turning into a joke. Find a better facility if you can because this clinic doesn't care. I called everyday for a week asking them to fill out paperwork that I needed for my child's daycare, every time I called they told me they didn't get the paperwork; so I made sure they did. Then it was, the paperwork wasn't ready yet and there would be a $25 fee for them to fill it out same day. I waited another day. Called, still not filled out, waited hours. Called. They purposely leave the phone off the hook after their alleged lunch break because they dont want to deal with patients. Finally, fully pissed off I call my husband, he drives there in person, asks for the paperwork and tells them he's waiting in office for it. 5 minutes later its ready. Complete incompetence and laziness.

LOVE THEM ALL The staff and Dr Irene are amazing always very caring to both our children even when we call in the middle of the night with a concern Dr Irene herself has called us back she is very caring thorough and grows over everything with us and has always answered every question even if I ask the same question. She has been our doctor for our daughter for over 5 years I will continue to be our sons doctor as well thank you for doing such an outstanding job. Even when it came to vaccines we had multiple questions and concerns Dr Irene went over every question and even set up appointments to have each shot given separately bye week thank you so much for being such a wonderful doctor to our children

I really liked my experience with Dr. Irene initially and felt she was very thorough and knowledgeable. I did not like how her entire demeanor changed (to a very cold one) toward me when I had asked a few questions regarding vaccinations. This left a bad taste in my mouth and I decided to switch pediatricians. Parents should not be made to feel badly for asking any question about the well being of their child.

Dr Irene is no longer my pediatrician. After BOTH of my children experienced vaccine injuries at the same time she was very disinterest in helping me make my children better again or finding out what had occurred. She picks and chooses what information to share with parents. She doesn’t properly inform ALL possible side affects and CURRENT statistics on how COMMON the “rare side affects are”. My children were violently ill for 8 days. My youngest daughter received multiple vaccines and was on a medication that slowed her liver. My daughter became encephalitic . She couldn’t hear , she stopped speaking and babbling for two and a half weeks, she began to hit her head on the floor and walls. She became aggressive, hand flapping, foot flapping. De Irene has taken care of my children since they were born. She has excellent staff and she is very thorough with examination.
