Mountainside Skilled Nursing and Rehab

We have had a great experience at this facility. All of the staff are kind, compassionate, and attentive. The nurses and group facilitators are great and the aides really take the time to know their patients. Courtney, Jennifer, and Sherri have been so helpful and responsive with any questions we have had and really helped us with the transition to this facility. It is never an easy decision to put your loved ones in a long term care facility, but these ladies have helped make it as comfortable and seamless as possible! We are so grateful for the team and care here by all the staff!

I am very happy and satisfied with nursing especially Kornelia and the CNA Deilande, they were very helpful to me. Therapy was very good, Kathy and Cristy and the office staff were very helpful. Liz, Sherri and Angela are very nice. Everyone is helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs nursing and rehab. Recreation is great too. Place is clean and it does not smell.

I love Sherri! She gets things done. PT and OT in Mountainside Skilled Nursing and rehab are efficient. They are fantastic! Princess in Activities is so sweet and caring, she went so far as fixing my nails. Jennifer Bell, Director of Admissions goes far beyond her job to see that the patients are accommodated. Wyslaine, my CNA treats me famously good, as if I am her daughter. Dielande Gesse, my CNA, is an angel! She gives me orange juice 3x a day. Kornelia, my nurse is so understanding and patient. I know all the workers, but I do not know them by name, the dietary staff are so nice they got me lactose free milk and PB&J in abundance. Thanks to all!

HAPPY THANKSGIVING ! Today is an appropriate day to THANK YOU ALL for giving me such excellent treatment. I was there for months and I apologize for being a "pain"sometimes. Thank You KING FAROUK, You did a great job with that machine, I have a belly again. ThankYou ! To the Kitchen Staff, the food was Consistently GOOD ! (and the Nurses etc. that always brought me extra) THANK YOU ALL for making my visit as Pleasant as it was. Even the housekeepers, repair people, everyone was pleasant ! Sincerely, Mr. Ron D'Amore

STAFF. VAPES. INSIDE. SHORT BRUNETTE GIRL IN OFFICE WITH GLASSES WEARS SLIDES TO WORK AND SMOKES HER VAPE. My mom had a hard time with this place, people are rude and they like to smoke inside. therapy was great. not coming back. Stop begging people to leave reviews. You asked me and my mom way too many times. Mom was left for hours with her call bell light on, she was there for awhile and another rehab before. This is a shame I’m leaving a bigger review for u Alex Brauer. Sherri demanded my mom should leave the facility without me coming back in town from my work meeting. My brother had to scramble to go get her because they had her Medicare days miscalculated upon her arrival. That’s not on me
