Mountain View Eyecare

Just dropped in. Cathy adjusted my glasses in just a few minutes. I had been to a large eye care center in S.Portland, the person there spent about an hour trying to adjust them, I finally left..not completely perfect. Cathy did a great job ! Very personal and professional.

I have been going to Dr. Everett at Mountain View Eyecare for 24 years. Every time I have been in the office I am treated like I am there everyday. The staff is very knowledgeable helpful and happy. The glass wear styles are kept up to date with the fashions of the times.

We had to find a new eye doctor and tried Mountain View . They were really nice and did wonderful with our daughter who suffers from anxiety. I would recommend.

Mountain View Eyecare is very dishonest. We have UnitedHealthcare vision insurance. It's on my insurance card! This eyecare center confirmed PRIOR to the appointment that “yes, we take UnitedHealthcare vision insurance” but then AFTER the appointment they billed us in full , refused to submit a claim to UnitedHealthcare and they informed us “Well, we don't take that one”. What?

I found the office staff wonderfully friendly and cheerful. The Dr herself was knowledgeable and thorough. Definitely making this place my forever eye care home!
