I came in for patch testing last month at this location and, overall, the experience was not as positive as I had hoped. While I understand this type of testing is specialized, the cost is still significant, and I left each appointment feeling uneasy about the process. I wasn’t fully confident that everything was placed correctly as the MA placing the patches seemed uncertain they would stay, and being told that if the marks smudge after patch removal, the accuracy of the final reading could be impacted, only further added to my stress. I was also expecting more specific and personalized explanations of my results. Instead, I received standard printouts that felt generalized and written in complex medical verbiage. Before I was referred to this location, I was seen by two other dermatologists in town, and their recommended care did not work. I was referred to Dr. Maddox and finally, I was able to receive proper treatment 🙌. Dr Maddox is very professional and gives you the necessary time to express your concerns. The ladies upfront and nurses are very friendly as well. Thanks Dr Maddox and staff. Veteran friendly. Rob C.

I had a pleasant experience with Dr. Trejo this morning! The VA sent me to this provider and he, and his staff, were all very polite! I arrived early, filled out paperwork, and was seen immediately! There is plenty of seating in the waiting area, and a restroom for patients. They do have a decent sized parking lot, but it is tight.

I had the good fortune of visiting their east side locatio. The ladies up front provided excellent, professional, and prompt service. Dr. Maddox was nothing short of exceptional, knowledgeable, and thorough with explanations and feedback. #Superbbedsidemanner. I'm glad I found a new dermatologist office for my family's needs.

If I could leave a zero I would. Worst hostile environment to be around. Horrible staff experience. They were extremely rude. Experienced staff harassing others I believe Luisa harassed another employee who was actually amazing by using profanity and derogatory language saying “no se si LO HACES POR MAMES pero no haces tu trabajo bien” and continued to harass and bully this male staff . There was another were another employee (Cindy) cursed in the lobee causing other patients to feel highly uncomfortable. Highly unprofessional and unacceptable behavior will not ever return. They treat staff and patients like trash . Mom and pop shops are not the way to go. So are we playing favoritism in this clinic or sexism ? I think employee should lawyer up before it’s too late. 🙈
