Mountain Valleys Health Center

Honestly the staff here are pretty great, I did a walk in and they were really busy, but still got to Mr in under 2 hours, Unfortunately, there was this really mean old guy who what's causing problems because his wait time was too long, like bro grow up (he was at least 50) Overall, the service was great. I love the wait room and the place looks amazing. I would definitely go again

Mountain Valley Health is a disappointment due to physicians not staying with the medical center, and when they leave they dont take care about the patients they had. I've had 4 or 5 different n.a.'s in the last 6 months. So how can they properly care for me? Also, most don't really care enough about anyone to do what they are required by law to do. My husband would be DEAD, right now had i not requested the required tests be done for the medication he was on. I dont think the patient should have to tell the doctor what needs to be done. The staff should prep for the patients who will be coming in the next day, instead of chatting to eachother, and not caring for the patients.

October 16, 2019 3:00pm Burney, CA Watched a van pull into driveway/parking area very quickly so I went outside to see who it was and a woman driving a mountain valley medical Center van got out and yelled at me, "if you parked right it would be easier for me to park!" After that I took a video of van and my car. Never said a word to the employee harassing me. Does mountain valley medical Center support employees harassing a disabled veteran on his property?
