Dr shavers awesome. Only vet we have used in 13 years. Staff is great

Honestly, Dr Shaver is an amazing vet. He’s only been our vet for a couple of years but has shown us that he is professional and an expert in his field, beyond a doubt. That said, his receptionist is costing him money. To tell a customer that has spent thousands in your business to go elsewhere is a kick in the crotch. Customer loyalty means nothing? Our dogs are our babies. Imagine your doctors office manager telling you to got to another doctor. Maybe we have been repeat customers because we found someone we trust? This is plain poor business practice. We won’t be back.

They always take the upmost care in taking the absolute best care of my babies! Crimson and Tucker love love love each and every one of the staff at the clinic and have never had one single issue their entire fur baby lives.

He is a very hands-on vet. We took our sweet Bella when she got sick. He was upfront with expectations and the unknowns. He scheduled surgery. Even though she did not make it to surgery, he was compassionate and gentle with our 40-pound Boston Terrier. It was one of the hardest days of our lives, and he was there for us.

Dr. Shavers and all of his staff always are so kind and patient and care as much about my cat as their own . We will always use Mountain Top and recommend to everyone.
