Mountain Spine & Pain

I had the RFA (Radiofrequency Ablation) procedure done. As it was being performed, during each step Dr. Raju talked me through the steps of what she was doing, and what I may feel. She is very professional yet made me feel comfortable in her conversation. Her nursing assistant is phenomenal!! She is pleasant and is very knowledgeable. All her staff is exceptional. I am feeling much relief from the pain that I was experiencing in my back from arthritis. I highly recommend their services.

Dr. Raju and the office staff are truly wonderful. Highly recommend her, she listens to you and wants your input on your treatment, she is the kind of Dr you truly want on your health care team. I am a healthcare worker and have previously worked in pain management, she is definitely someone I would take my own family members to see. Thank you for great care and compassion!

WARNING FRAUD!!! Do not waste tour time with this office!! 3 appts. & 3 cancelations. The worst part is they lie about the reason, its always the insurance fault. Called insurance and they had no idea, the procedure wasnt even submitted for approval. Be warned you will get no relief here!

Dr. Raju and her entire staff are wonderful! Dr. Raju is knowledgeable, and caring, and listens to what is being said. She offers her expertise, but works with you to find the best solution to your pain issue. I highly recommend her!

Escorted into a room with FECES on the floor. No apology. PA cut me off and spoke over me the entire appointment. Im trying to ask about my options, explain my experience with my case, and she wouldnt stop cutting me off so I undestood she didnt want to help me. Nobody with a MD/DO degree has ever spoken to me like that. This office does NOT manage pain medications. Im not sure why they dont specify that on their website. Good day.
