Mountain Medical Physician Specialists

They sent me to collections and I NEVER received a bill or phone call stating I owe them money. Then I get some overseas rep that just tells me to pay the collection agency. NOT happening I have great credit and I'm not ruining it by paying a collection that should have NEVER happened. MORE than furious with this place!

A radiology report on my lungs was documented in centimeters instead of millimeters, a basic, inexcusable error that completely distorted the findings. This mistake caused significant emotional distress, as the report implied something far more serious than reality. I underwent additional medical consultations and procedures/diagnostics (which lasted months) that were likely unnecessary, all because of their carelessness. Just received a collections notice. I NEVER received a bill in the first place. This looks like this is a pattern with them. If this messes up my credit I will be furious. I pay my bills and pay them on time.

Same as everyone else. Billing was jacked up. Said insurance wasn’t provided even though my insurance is on file and no one ever contacted me to seek insurance info. Got a collections letter. Tried calling Mountain Medical and didn’t reach anyone helpful. Called my local hospital where the initial appointment was (Mountain Medical just did the CT scan read) and they said they have similar experiences working with Mountain Medical and are trying to move away from them. Nothing like getting sent to collections!

Like others who have made reviews, my husband got a collection notice in the mail today. We have no idea what this is for, only notes it's due to no payment of a trivial amount (less than 25.00) but never received a bill from MMP, nor do we have any idea what it was for. Needless to say (but I'll say it) I'm not paying this and will be requesting an itemized bill from this collection company. It seems like a scam. If enough bills go out, who wouldn't pay a bill less than 25.00 to stop collection threats. It's b.s. and we aren't paying this.
