Mountain Manual Physical Therapy

Chris is an absolute MAGICIAN. I originally saw him for what I thought was a horrible issue with my shoulder. I am a dedicated climber and I was so worried that I had messed myself up somehow and had to take a break from climbing. But after ONE session with Chris, I was back in the game with zero pain! He not only performs manual work (massage, fascia work, stretches, manipulation, etc), but he also is incredibly knowledgeable and gives you tons of information and provides you with physical therapy that you can take home. As an athlete himself, he understands the mindset and working body so well; and he cares deeply about his clients and truly wants the best for you moving forward. I have since worked with him multiple times. He has helped me recover from a surgery so that I hit the ground

Magic!! Chris is like a magician. His knowledge, skill, professionalism and magic touch is top notch! I'd give him 100 stars if I could. Chris evaluates issues each session and targets trouble areas rebuilding healthy connections between the body and brain. He seriously gave me my life back! As a high level rock climber with what I thought was chronic neck pain and a dying climbing career, he changed my world. His treatments plus exercises to use at home complemented recovery beautifully. I'm back to climbing, hiking, biking, and living each day pain free!! Chris is an AMAZING PT! I was experiencing back issues a few months ago and didn’t know where to turn. Chris came highly recommended and I am so grateful to him and what he has done for me over the past few months. He is extremely knowledgeable and he truly cares. His manual therapy has really helped me, and he sends me home with stretching and core strengthening exercises that have become an ingrained part of my daily routine. I have complete confidence in him and his high level of expertise. But beyond his technical skills, he is a really great person with the highest level of integrity. I feel very lucky to have been directed to him, and I whole heartedly recommend Chris to anyone in need of PT.

Chris helped me increase my range of motion after a total knee replacement on both knees. He intuitively knew what to work on to help me gain the most range of motion for where my body was in the healing process. He gave me great exercises for home practice and was compassionate when I didn't always do them perfectly. If you are looking for an excellent manual PT therapist, Chris is an excellent choice. I highly recommend him.

Chris is an excellent physical therapist. When I first started seeing him, I could barely run 2 miles and I’d have all sorts of achilles and ankle pain afterwords. This past weekend I completed a 40 mile ultra marathon in the mountains of Colorado and finished pain free! I highly recommend Chris and Mountain Manual Physical Therapy. I wouldn’t have been able to run this race without him.
