Dr. Wells is caring and dedicated to her profession. My daughter has hearing aids that were purchased via Mountain Ears Hearing Clinic. Dr. Wells is always helpful and gets us in quickly if we need to be seen unexpectedly. With her dedication and attention to detail on following up on the condition of the ear molds, tubing and the hearing aids I feel that Amanda hears even better than in the past. Her staff is always helpful in scheduling. I had to go in a few weeks ago myself and have a hearing test. She was very informative with the information on my hearing test and assured me it is common at my age. I strongly recommend Dr. Erin Wells.

Mountain Ears Hearing Clinic is a small practice but not small when it comes to how much Dr. Wells and her staff care for their patients. I showed up late to my appt and her policy is if your 15 or more minutes late (which is posted) she would need to reschedule. However, this particular day she had a little wiggle room in her schedule and was able to accommodate my lack of preparedness. I also, personally know a few VA's who have been seen by Dr. Wells as well (actually they are who convinced me to schedule with her) and have had just as wonderful of an experience as I did. She is very thorough and explains everything clearly and in terms that are easily understood. She is very professional and answers all your questions and concerns. This is a wonderful local business and audiology practice serving a great need in the Mid-Ohio Valley. The doctor is very caring and gives back a lot to not only her patients but the community. Highly recommend.

Dr. Erin Wells goes above and beyond for her patients. She cares deeply for her patients and community.

They don’t bother talking to you unless you’re already one of their established patients. Don’t waste your time if you need last-minute appointments or advice.
